What is MCoRE?
The University of California Math and Computer Science Research Engagement (MCoRE) at UC Merced is a new initiative and outreach program for high school students in the Central Valley. Our program aims to promote Math and Computer Science research to high school students in the Central Valley, particularly to those from underprivileged groups.

Student Application
Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for MCoRE, we require students to:
(1) Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
(2) Have passed or be currently enrolled in Integrated Math III
(3) Be currently enrolled in a high school in one of the following counties: Fresno, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, San Joaquin, or Tulare (exceptions may be granted on an individual basis)
